Hello all,
I have a couple of hawks that I could use some help id'ing. I will post them separately. Sorry for the very poor image quality on this one. It was a pretty good ways up, even with a 100-400.

Beautiful Red-shouldered Hawks- notice the pale crecsent in the primaries and longish barred tail.

I agree, you can even make out the red "shoulders" in the first photo

Also note that this Red-shouldered Hawk is a juvenile, which differ from adult in the pattern of the primaries, tail and underparts.
