HI

Does anyone know a good hotel in Akseki?

I've found the Duruk Hotel: http://www.durukotel.com/

..but the emails don't seem to work. I'll probably end up calling.

I'm going to stay a couple of nights in mid June

Not sure what its called, but there is a big Garage come hotel on the road side just outside Akseki, remember do Cimikoy!

We stayed at the Duruk for four nights in July 2013 and it was fine. Minimal breakfast included, no evening meals but there are a few small restaurants up and down the street. It was booked via Soner Bekir.

Will be visiting the Area again next week, bird filled utopia, need to connect with White-Backed WP, this time...

Back home on Wednesday, and probably wont add much to the list, visited Akseki and area twice, didn't connect with White-throated Robin, also wasn't paying the crazy amount to see the BFO again, 2014 was ample at that price this time, but so far on 104 sp for trip..

Finished on 105 sp 13 species of Warbler, and 12 of raptor, for what turned out to be a fabulous, and much needed 2 weeks of wonderful E.european birding....

Since when has the Akseki bit of Turkey been in eastern Europe?

Certainly was, simply love the place, it is surely untapped as to what is there and can be found, hopefully i'll go back in 2018.

Hopefully going back to Side again in Early may, will maybe try to go further N or E than Akseki this time?
