IPod Question (1 Viewer)

Not really birding related,but I have an IPod to which I transfer my music via the ITunes player.My question is how can I stop it deleting albums from my Ipod that I have deleted from my computer to make a bit more room.It seems if I delete a CD from the computer it automatically deletes it from the Ipod next time I connect up.
