I was wondering whether these were a particular species of Coot as the bill in the first shot is slightly pink?

I'd also appreciate the ID of the gull, and the Cormorant.

Or, more likely judging from bill length, bill shape and habitat, a Shag.

Not very likely on fresh water (which Ohrid is)!

Looks to me another Great Cormorant, it is sat lower down in a hollow on the buoy (only lifted face-scratching leg, plus the toe tips of the other leg, visible), unlike the two at the right, perched up on the edge (legs fully visible).
