Opticron to Optolyth adapter. (1 Viewer)

I was told by an Opticron representative a while back that an adapter was available to allow Opticron eyepieces to be used on Optolyth scopes.

It may have been the other way round !

Any body have any knowledge to share on this ?

Or even said adapter going spare ?

John.

Hi Andy,

Despite some research nothing has come to light I`m afraid, I have since sold the Optolyth on and gone compact with an MM3.

All the best.

John.

Hi John, Andy

Apologies for the delayed response. Opticron used to supply an adaptor to attach Opticron eyepieces to Optolyth scopes but they have been discontinued for a few years now.

Hi Michaela

Sorry for the delay in replying - not been logged on for a while. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

It's very odd - Optolyth used to be a substantial brand here in the UK, but they have withdrawn from the market and don't even seem to answer emails. Strange way to behave.

Do you by any chance have any info re the adaptor? Part no, pic, what it did?

Very many thanks from Scotland,in advance!

Andy
