anyone have any exp. with the sigma 18-200 OS lens ?

i already have a telephoto but am looking to replace my 18-55 (not for bird photos obv. but i have a 'general' interest in photgraphy so snap lots of dif. things)

some people love it, some people say its not so good with softness being a problem

thanks

DS

Well, you know without a doubt a lens of that ratio will be softer than a lens with a more conservative ratio. So far in the reviews I've seen, this Sigma has actually faired poorer than others of the same ratio.
