Can anyone recommend me a book for learning the different types of gulls? I'm really quite bad when it comes to indenfiying different gulls.

Gulls of the Americas by Howell & Dunn is cheaper and less intimidating than the above, and covers most of the gulls of europe as well. Very good collection of photos.
