Hello all

was considering to get this fast lens. as it will give me with the digital TC a 400mm Maximum reach, which is good and quite enough for photographing birds in my garden.

Also as being a bright lens would give me chance to use low ISO when i go in my early morning excursions in the desert.

i am concern about how its fast the auto focus will work knowing that it will have to be used with an adptar. also if it is like the Zuiko 75-300mm for m 4/3 where MF stops for some reason when the camera is set on S-AF-MF.

also any thoughts about using it for macro shots.

thanks so much for the help.
