Question about Blue Tit Nest Box (1 Viewer)

I have a nestbox with a camera built in and was so pleased to see that a nest has been built and there are eight eggs. Over the past couple of days though the dad has stopped coming to feed the mum :eek!:...I worried now that she wont be able to sustain herself and her chicks when they hatch ? Are they able to manage alone?

We had a Great Tit in our nestbox last year and the male was absent throughout incubation of the eggs and afterwards. Never saw him in the box at all. The female did everything herself! She laid 6 eggs and managed to fledge 2 chicks. Wouldn't be too worried yet. May be dad isn't the attentive type!
