Bran for mealworms (1 Viewer)

I haven't fed mealworms for a couple of years, but decided to this year as the weather was so dire. I sent off for them before I bought any bran to give them, but then found that none of the pet shops round here stock it any more! They say they just can't get it. So, I've been giving them cheap Bran Flakes with their carrot! Does anyone else who gets mealworms know where to get bran these days?

Holland and Barretts have it and my local Tesco, in the health food section.

Thanks, Jackie, though I suspect it will be dearer than the loose stuff that used to be in pet shops!

Mealworms like potato so if you chop up one of those and give it to them all will be fine.

Cheers, Chris. It's another way to give them liquid as well as the carrot.
