Raptor/Vulture-Amboseli ,Kenya (1 Viewer)

I took three shots of this raptor/vulture at Amboseli Game Park in August, 2013.
It was flying over a dry area of the park, near a huge herd of elephants.
Help with ID please.

Nice photos - we're all genned up and looking out for them "up" here these next few weeks in Sagres, Portugal ;) (we've already had 2 (3?) rahter early Rüppell's.
