Scaup sp. Washington, DC

Hi all,

Looking for opinions on these two scaups. Lesser on left and Greater on right? Today, Potomac River, Washington, DC. Thanks!

Yes, probably, going by head shape. The right-hand bird also appears larger than its companion (FWTW).
