Two more birds of prey Namibia and Kruger NP

The first bird was found on November 1st in the Etosha NP on a nest.
With the white supercilium any Sparrohawk?
The second bird was seen in Kruger NP on November 29th. Conspicuous were the long wings and the bright body, a Booted Eagle?
