Vireo or Warbler?

First post, what a great site you have! Saw this bird on my driveway on Friday in Westchester county NY. Rushed to my book and looked like an Arctic Warbler, but I knew it couldn't be given the geography. So have narrowed it down to a red-eyed vireo or a Tennessee Warbler.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Welcome to BirdForum. Your bird is a Red-eyed Vireo.

Is s/he okay? I wouldn't expect a vireo to sit on the ground like this unless it was sick or hurt. It looks like it allowed pretty close approach.

I thought it was hurt. It allowed me to get very close, then suddenly flew away like nothing happened. I suspect it flew into a window and was stunned for a while. I've seen that happen with Downy Woodpeckers at our home in the past.
