Sounds silly, but this might well not be a top seller so have you tried the GWCT? As the publisher they may have some copies at the back of a cupboard somewhere.

Thanks for your time. I had contacted them.
They have a file copy in their library but as it has been published in an editorial manner not just an academic manner they are unable to supply me with a copy other items on the same subject are available as a pdf or photocopy.
Will keep trying.
