I thought Parula as well. The weird thing is it didn't sound like one. It gave a zeep call where as parula usually is a distinctive kissy chip similar to redstart. Maybe they have other flight calls. Just when you think you're getting the hang of it.
 
Northern Paula for me, yellow bill and chest with chestunt tint, blue grey head and white eye-ring.
