Bald Human
Not sure if the 1st is a greenfinch or yellowhammer?
The 2nd is shaped like a buzzard, but I'm not so sure about the markings?

Thanks
Dave

I posted a couple of photos yesterday which I am fairly certain are a yellowhammer and they look very like the rear view would for your bird no.1 I think its too streaky (bet thats not the technical description)for a greenfinch.

1st is a perfect Yellowhammer (I couldn't mistake this one for a Reed Bunting |:$| ) and the others a very nice photo of a Buzzard.

Here's a streaky juvenile Greenfinch for you. Notice the Yellowhammer's bunting shaped bill compared to the finch bill.

Is everyone certain that the above bird is definitely just a very streaky juv Greenfinch? Looks rather like a cagebird to me (canary?)...
