Very White breasted buzzard (1 Viewer)

On the coast at East Prawle came across some buzzards, there is a nest or two in the area. Anyway one of the buzzards was very very white from just under its beak to its tail, looked a bit like a small osprey when flying. Is this unusual as the other three in the area, was of the usual brown colour

We seem to have the pale version breeding in Stansted Forest, Hampshire at the moment. One individual is almost white. When I first saw it, I thought it was a male Hen Harrier.
