Leica X1 adapter - will it work with older Televids? (1 Viewer)

Hello - I've started to get into birding again and I'm quite interested in getting into digiscoping. I have a Leica X1 and saw a secondhand Televid 77 for a pretty reasonable price in a local shop. I'd quite like to use the Leica X1 adapter but can't afford a Televid 82 at this time. Is it a fairly universal mount that I could use with an older Leica spotting scope?

Thanks :t:
