Streaked, Baya, and Asian Golden Weavers are all found there. That said, I think the bill/head shape makes these Golden Weavers, but would like confirmation as I'm not terribly confident of my ID.

These are different individuals, all shots in reeds/vegetation along canals associated with rice paddies on 24 Jan 2018. Photos adjusted (cropped, lightened) as needed in Lightroom.
