Various colombians

I'll be posting a variety of Colombian birds in this thread. First off:

Is this a Swainson's or Gray-cheeked Thrush? Photographed in the outskirts of Libano in November.

That's the feeling i get (and got, when i saw it) as well. Lifer if true.

I assume this bird from La Victoria is a Golden-headed Manakin?
