Bird in my garden today (1 Viewer)

Found this bird in my garden today. Hope its not injured. Its making no attempt to fly when I walk up to it. Just goes to hide in a corner.
Any ideas what it is

Looks like an escaped ornamental pheasant of some sort - scraggy female himalayan monal perhaps. Bit darker than usual so perhaps something similar.
