Nutcracker

A good idea or not?

Thinking of things like:
'Corvid' to redirect to Category: Corvidae
'Phyllosc' → Category:phylloscopus
'Hirundine' → Category:Hirundinidae
'Hippo' → Category:Hippolais
'Acro' → Category:Acrocephalus
'Wader' → Category:Scolopacidae
and so on

A quick discussion of the editors agree those that are truly unique is a good idea. The one on your list we disagree with is "Wader": this is also often used for herons and therefore not unique. You can go ahead with the others.

It would be best to mention any others specifically in this thread before implementation.
