Buff Breasted Barn Owl (1 Viewer)

As i am short of time this morning before i nip off to work i thought i would share a quick few photos with you as the gallery is out of action, on Saturday i visited Bowling Green Marsh in Topsham Devon and spotted the Buff Breasted Barn Owl amongst a lot of other birds i will post the full story this evening but here is the photo.......fingers crossed !!!!

Lovely!

How terrific to be able to see one so easily. Barn owls around here are VERY few and far between, and word of finding them is usually kept very quiet so as to minimize disturbance. I've yet to see one.
 
Beautiful Bird. I saw one in a cage when I was young and even then it broke my heart. This is much better to see,the Owl free and easy,sittin in a Tree. Thanks for sharing:gh:
