Pretty sure the Crossbill is Common (slender bill etc.). I think anything but Common Crossbill would be highly unusual in Spain.
Raptor seems to be Marsh Harrier. General proportions fit and I think the yellow-ish throat is just visible.

Not the best of pics, but I'm thinking perhaps a Sanderling.
That crossbill must be feeling a bit daunted by those big Araucaria heterophylla cones! :-O

Hmmm, yes - having an off day!!!!
Nothing wrong with this for a Little Stint, in my opinion.
Note the thin bill, amongst other things.
