Baikal Teal, Diksmuide, West Flanders (1 Viewer)

Hello to birders in Belgium

I will be passing close to Diksmuide on Wednesday (9th April) and was wondering what the access arrangements are for the Baikal Teal site (that is of course if it is still there then - I will check Waarningen).

I have found the Blankaart Waterproductie Centrum that I believe is the site. Is this open to the public and if so from which side is access? What part of the reservoir is the Baikal Teal frequenting?

I hope someone is able to help.

Sadly you can't see the whole site from the hide and the bird seems to be most of the time on the northern inaccessible area but it has been seen from the hide too.
