You can upload the following video formats: Mpeg, dat, wmv, avi, mov, flv, mp4, m4v, 3gp
Maximum upload size - The maximum upload size of your video must not exceed 250MB - if you try to upload a file that is larger than this you will receive an error message.
Finding out the size of your video file - To find out the size of your video before you upload it, you must first do the following:
  • PC: Right mouse click on the video and chose "Properties". You will then see the actual size of the content
  • Mac: Press the control key and mouse at the same time on the video and chose "Get info". You will then see the actual size of the content
Editing your content - If your original content is more then 250MB then you will have to either edit and shorten the length of time of the video until it is 250MB or less or split the video content into parts and upload it accordingly e.g. 'Part 1', 'Part 2' etc
