Taken last week north of San Francisco.
I think its a Cassin's.

Cassin's, I would say (the local equivalent to the Blue-headed).

Cassin's would be the safest bet on range. Color distortion due to the low sun does not make it easy to prove it was not one of the other splits from Blue-headed.
