Pretty sure this is one or the other. He never turned to face me and then took off into the trees, so no flight photo.

I'm gonna say Cooper's Lisa. No forehead to speak of and from the striping I can see on the upper chest, it's pretty uniform and neat. Let's see what others say though.

Cooper's, for the reasons noted above, plus the purely-subjective "mean look", instead of the "startled" face of the Sharp-shinned.

(Don't try this method of ID at home, kids.)
 
Cooper's. In additon to what every one else said, look at the legs... too thick to be those of a Sharpy IMHO .
