Pretty proud of this yardbird.

It is the first eBird Broad-billed for the month of December in my county.

I set up my tripod right after seeing him. Couldn't get it up fast enough. Sad part is that it was very cloudy so I couldn't get a tail shot. I first saw it when cleaning my patio, just saw a flash of blue.

This shot, not from my yard, proves its a pretty bird.
