The Kowa iPhone 5 adapter is expected out sometime in March. They have a large number ocular sizes, whether or not that size will be available I'm not sure.

I am told the Marchwood version will be out in May. Tried it on the iPhone 4 and it seemed to do the trick.

Managed to source and order one from Phoneskope out of Utah $93 inc postage to UK if your interested.

Should arrive anyday and hopefully be a big improvement on my fuzzy 'impressionistic' efforts till now.
