Any difference in water repellent coating like lotutec and rainguard? (1 Viewer)

do these all work the as well as each other? is swaroclean a hydrophobic coating also?
Yes and they are well worth the additional expense to get them. IMO the Zeiss Lotutec works the best of the bunch but it could be just my imagination. Great for birding in the tropical rainforest where you have constant rain like Monteverde in Costa Rica. Kind of like Rain X for your front windshield for your car.
