Black Brant? (1 Viewer)

Hi - can anyone tell me whether or not this is a black brant? It was seen at Blakeney in Norfolk on 8/4/11

Neck collar looks good, as does the very dark back. Shame the flanks are not visible-the white flanks contrast strongly with the dark back, belly and wings.
 
Thanks - it's a shame I couldn't get a better shot of it. it's the darkest one I've seen and much darker than any of the others there which was what made me wonder if I'd hit lucky.
