Birding for fun
A holiday away with my partner, Wendy for 12 days to Kergalle, Yala and Galle. Excellent time and a chance to get in a spot of birding whilst there. Apart from 2 safaris into Yala I just had a few hours each day to get out and check the local bird residents.
Reports with loads of photos on my blog. Click on archive for previous report. Final part from Galle to follow soon.
Few photos to whet your appetite.
changeable hawk eagle, green bee eater, brahminy kite, great thick knee and grey langar.
Thanks for looking,
Jono
