Hopper? Bucks (1 Viewer)

This came to a moth trap in Bucks last night. It was about 10mm long.

When I first saw the "horns" I thought of the treehopper, Centrotus cornutus, but I'm now pretty certain it's not that.

Does anyone recognise it?
