Peregrine over the Tipton canal this morning. First 1 I've seen over here for a time also coal tit goldcrest chaffinch redwing per Dave Waite

7:45 this morning - Hawfinch! Flew over calling, paused very briefly on a high branch and then disappeared into Highbury Park in Moseley.

Istw Caspian Gull and 7 common gulls in the large Bartley Roost tonight. Only one of yesterdays four Goldeneyes remained. An Imm Male Goosander at Westwood Pool at midday per Terry Hinnet

Just had a woodcock fly over my head at 1240pm while walking the dog on toll end road field Tipton. Seemed to be coming down. per Dave Waite

Just stepped on a Woodcock in Alison's 3 paddock Netherton hill. It seem to drop down towards the Daphne pool per Todd Chater
