What is junior about the Bogen/Manfrotto 3405? (1 Viewer)

Why is the Bogen/Manfrotto 3405 called the junior? What is the difference between this and a regular Bogen/Manfrotto?
 
It is a smaller, more light weight set up - the 'little brother' of the range. It's a decent enough little tripod and head, but can be too small for use with some big/heavy camera lenses or scopes.
