I wouldn't safely Id this bird from these pictures. From this angle the neck does look sturdy and the bill may have a parrot-like feeling but it could still be large-billed Red as far as I can see. Sometimes it is hard to be certain since Red Crossbills can vary quite a lot. I my opinion, judging from this pictures Crossbill sp. is as far as you get.
 
looks like a juvenile common crossbill.
i think the rel. small bill is outside variation for parrot crossbill.
Still think the angle is troublesome but I do agree that it looks more like a Common. Especially on the first picture the bill seems to be Common-sized.
