#1 Eastern Phoebe
#2 Red-shouldered Hawk
#3 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds
#4 I'm not sure, but that eyestripe makes me think of Blue-winged Warbler.
edit :- I should have looked at #2 more closely. The toes are too long / thin for any Buteo, and R-s H would have far more bars on the undertail. Sharpie looks about right.

The hawk is an Accipiter alright. However, I see Cooper´s Hawk here, both on structure and rather fine-striped underparts, which becomes even finer lower down. (variable though).The squarish head and structure say´s Cooper´s.
