is this a common buzzard (Buteo buteo) or long-legged buzzard (Buteo rufinus)?

The markings look more like a Long-legged, but that is just my opinion :t:

No, that species can be ruled out completely. Different markings, proportions and head shape plus the fact that birds with moulting remiges aren't normally seen in Europe, particularly in spring.
