in late September. A friend (UK based) is looking at booking somewhere. Does anyone have any suggestions on where would be good for that time of year. Realistically Europe I suspect but not necessarily. I suspect it's a little bit early for Asia, too hot for places like Morocco?

September is top time Ireland, with high chance of american waders and still chance for Roseate Tern. Also Forsters Tern was reported different time.

Peak time for seabirds in Porto Moniz ( Madeira ) is late August to middle of September.
But end of September still many seabirds pass Porto Moniz and good chance for some rarities.

If You think about Asia, it is ideal time for Batumi ( Georgia ) raptor migration.
