Recently a Bumblebee keeps flying into the Nestbox while The Great Tit is away and wonders about then flies away The Great Tit has flown in before and picks it up and take it outside but doesn't seem to kill or eat it. I've not seen The Tit around today but she does come in the evening to sleep I just get abit worried when a Bee flies in.

There are a few different species of bee. If it is a social species then it shouldn't bother your box too much. If it is a solitary one that lives in wood it may be looking for somewhere to go but you tend to find they still live near each other. We had some burrowing bee species in the garden last year that, whilst technically solitary, all made their homes in the same area of ground.
This website might give you some more info on what is visiting: BBOW Wildlife Trust - Bee & Wasp species

Hopefully it will just be more of a temporary annoyance than a problem for your female. If it was a wasp on the other hand!
