Hi,

Trapped this one in the garden last night. Probably something embarrassingly common, but wondering if it might be a Powdered Rustic, even though I'm not aware of any Jersey records.

Appreciate any thoughts!

Thanks Terry. That's the most likely common option. I get lots of Vine's Rustics (currently the most common moth in my trap), and this one didn't have the usual "feel" of Vine's, but there's a very good possibility it is just a variation of this species.
