Hello! Today I have made some photos of a gull. They were taken near a Moscow-river. Help me please to identify species of this gull.

Herring x Caspian hybrid, perhaps? Dark eye suggests Caspian, but the head shape looks more normal Herring.

I rarely get these big gulls right though, so wait for other responses too 3:)
 
it's a herring gull (larus argentatus). it's hard to exclude a hybrid with cachinnans but with that primary pattern and bill shape i'd prefer to call it argentatus.
