Not sure where to put this.

I have a six-year old 400mm Sigma lnes for my Minolta and the autofocus no longer works. Does anyone know if it is possible/practical/sensible to get it repaired?

If I were you I would check on the price for a used example and see if it is worth repairing. It might be cheaper to replace it. Sigma lenses often do not retain value. Try mifsuds.co.uk, mxv.co.uk, ffordes.co.uk, jessops.co.uk etc.
