I always thought Digital Rev had a good rep through eBay, but on this site they are claiming that they have the 1D mkIII in stock...at a hugely inflated USD price...but they talk about pre-orders and shipping within 24 hours - all very confusing and enough to make me very dubious.

EDIT: just gone back and said I was in the UK rather than USA - the price is much more favourable...

I've just taken delivery of a lens from them. Everything was as it should be and communication about lens mount was good.

I got a 3 year extended pro warranty supplied by "Mack" camera & video service. How good is it? I don't know.
