I need help to confirm the id. Are these Least or Yellow-bellied Flycatchers?

Ann...It's at ''Least'' a ''Yellow-bellied'' Empid :)

On a more serious note looking at the pp..looks perhaps longer rather than shorter,(the only real tangible from what I can see?)..on that basis I might jump in the YBF camp..however I'd be surprised if anybody could chance a definitive ID on these images

I would be surprised if those are the only two species migrating through Texas at the moment ...

Thanks for the input. Its the same flycatcher in both shots.
The bill & wingtips appeared to be short so I was leaning towards Least or Yellow-bellied.
Cordilleran would be very rare here but the Alder is possible.
