First two pics are the same bird, a flycatcher of some kind obviously. I was shocked when I first saw the pictures of it because in the field I thought it was a dipper from the way it was behaving.

Last three pics are of one bird as well. It has to be something that's migrating thru but I'm completely stumped. It looked around robin size but was definitely bigger than the goldfinches that were my first thought when I saw that coloring.

I apologize for the pic quality, the lighting was not my friend. Photos were taken just two days ago.

I would go with Western Wood-pewee (I presume that is the expected one?) for the first bird. Habitat looks better for Eastern Phoebe, but head shape and wingbars suggest a wood-pewee to me.

Second bird is a Western Tanager.

Agreed. Also the primary projection is way too long for a phoebe.
