Hi all
who can recommend a cheap but effective blender that can blend up pea nuts, dry dog food, toast etc etc to make wild bird food. To save me wearing out my wifes mixer, I bough a cheapie from Argos, the tall , narrow type, but the stuff doesnt mix properly in it.

I don't understand why this is being done. Why not allow the birds to choose menu items individually? Otherwise you might be feeding them something not suited to their particular needs.
