North Cave Wetlands, East Yorkshire (1 Viewer)

My first visit to North Cave early on Saturday, what a lovely little reserve with some really friendly fellow birders and a cracking little cafe/tea van. A very enjoyable morning, in which I saw:

Avocet
Black-headed Gull
Canada Goose
Coot
Cormorant
Gadwall
Greylag Goose
Lapwing
Little Grebe
Mallard
Moorhen
Mute Swan
Pied/White Wagtail
Pochard
Shelduck
Shoveler
Teal
Tufted Duck

I'm sure I'll have missed something (I'm a novice!), but not a bad morning all in all, and definitely worth the drive over.
